Looking at new research from Harvard, a regular breakfast cereal habit is associated with living a healthier life. The findings show that consuming breakfast cereal, in particular high fibre cereals, is associated with a reduced risk of dying from specific diseases and optimise human health. This is great news for all these cereal lovers![i]
